Just wanted to provide some feedback on my experience as a BT customer
My first impression was awful and when I've switched to BT I had the worst experience, getting massive delays getting my broadband activated and poor customer service when calling. However this changed when a member of this forum took matters into his own hands. I would love to give a massive shout out to @RobbieMac for his outstanding customer service. Robbie guided me and provided outstanding service that went above and beyond. It's always easy to criticize when things go wrong but it's equally fair to mention when someone understands your struggle and make the wrongs right. Thank you again for your outstanding service Robbie, your company and others have a lot to learn from your dedication and I hope this feedback will provide you the reward you deserve 😃
