Amazon video

Anyone explain this one.  On BTTV player on my BT Pro box if I scroll down to an ad for Amazon Video it says join Amazon Video get 6months free. If you click on the button it loads and a screen says Amazon video  not available on your bt box. And to call a 0800 number. If I go onto MYBT page I can add it for £5.99 with one month free.

I believe the real meaning of the message is  Prime Video is not available to order on yur TV Box. rather than that the player is not on your box.
