Why is this forum promoting cryptocurrencies and netflix??

The forum isn't promoting them, an individual has joined and is sending spam messages to users, use the report button to make the moderators aware and they'll be swiftly removed.

Go to solution

I have signed in today to report yet another spam message in my email in box and I notice there are 3 messages waiting for me at the top of the page. These are all SPAM.
Please can I (or you) do something to stop these things?
Don’t expect to get them through BT Help Forum

the messages are from ......

Razors

Apieceofhappinessl

Iseeyouus

thanks 😊

You need to open the message, I have used a previous message and hidden the contents, excuse my M$ Paint skills or lack of.

I did not join this community to receive unsolicited sales emails.  How do I get rid as obviously keep coming into my inbox.  If I put it as spam will it mean all my BT emails will go the same way ?

Thanks for that, found it.

Just a bit suprised that you have to open the email in order to report it.
Surely thats a safety risk in itself.

I thought everyone everywhere always tells you not to open these type of emails. If you have to open them to report them ...........!

It's not an email, you're viewing the message on the forum, you'd only be at risk if you clicked on the link(s) contained in the message.
