App Login Errors id003 and id153

I currently pay for BT Sport via my Sky TV subscription. When I try and login to the BT Sport App on my iPhone, I get a ID003 code (I have gone through all of the account checks and it looks fine).

When I try on my Xbox, I get an ID153 error code.

Could it be because I have an old BT account that is no longer active?

If you pay Sky directly for your BT Sport subscription then I'm afraid you're not entitled to use the BT Sport app. You can only log into the app if you pay BT directly for your subscription, or you get it included as part of an EE mobile contract.

I have just brought a pass for the ufc fight tonight and I’ve never logged into by sport before but I’m getting the ID 153 error code and the fight is in 2 hours

You need to use the BT Sport Box Office app @Msbayton1 - your login won't with with the BT Sport app.

How is this done as the box office app isn’t available on Xbox

There is no option to watch BT Sport Box Office events on your Xbox - unless it works in the web browser on it?

I brought the fight pass on the bt website paid 25 quid for the monthly pass which is what it told me to do, now it says I have to go to the box office create an account and then pay another 19.95 to watch this. So am I correct I’m saying that when I purchased a monthly pass for the bt sport pass I can’t watch the fight

Afraid so - a monthly pass will get you access to the BT Sport app for a month, but won't include tonight's fight.

Is there anyway of getting a refund as the website specifically said I had to purchase the monthly pass only to now find out that’s untrue
