Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with the apps. Are you able to login using the same BT ID details on the MyBT website? If it's not recognising your details you might need to follow the password reset process. When you get logged in click on your products scroll to the bottom of the page and click BT wifi, from there you can opt-in.
