I get that you're not happy but the fault with the line is nothing to do with BT. It's an openreach issue
Engineer turned up. He tells me he cant look at the line as he's from BT & not allowed.
Have called 150 & reported all the story AGAIN. They are sending out another engineer this week who CAN look at the line.
My wife & I feel like we're the cast in some ridiculous Christmas panto.
Senior engineer has been & reports "intermittent noise" on the line.
Yet another Senior Engineer has been & reported that the speed had been turned up. But the line stability down.
As we're 5kms from the nearest box this caused the recent problems.
Speed has been reduced to just over 3Mbps download, but stability increased. Pages are slightly slower to load but we can live with that.
