BT £90 Reward Card

Hello 👋 I joined BT in November and was given a £90 Reward Card however I haven't recieved anything in the post or by email. It says that the reward was dispatched on 23rd November.. and on my account it says there are no rewards to claim. Any I for about this would be appreciated.
