My BT billing address is correct and always has been but my Openreach equipment address is wrong - right house name but wrong postcode. As a consequence whenever I have a fault the engineers go to the wrong address - also I get offers of FTTH when I can really only get FFTC.
I have tried three times over the years to fix it - last time someone said they would "fax" Openreach as that was the only way. Still no joy.
I see other posts where moderators seem able to fix it? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi @pgbj, welcome back and sorry your address record is not correct with Openreach. We should be able to get this corrected for you. I just need you to check and confirm that the billing address we use is correctly listed with Royal Mail.

Yes. I checked it on the Royal Mail website and it is exactly correct for the postcode.
(MyBt still lists two old accounts I used to have for other properties - the current one is called Cottage, if that helps)
