Revolving Host: Just to mention because this maybe what over people are experiencing. Is there an issue with BT broadband because 2 weeks ago, I got Resolving Host message for about 5 days? I was thinking maybe my HDD was at fault, then my web pages started to work OK again. Just to confirm the resolving host issue has resolved itself, not sure what happened, please explain?
Broadband Speed: Is slow at times and the internet keeps dropping out a lot over the last 3 weeks!
I have had a good reliable broadband connection with yourselves for years now, however, just recently it's been awful. My daughter and myself are doing Open University courses (online), so we need good reliable connections to do our course work and meetings that we attend.
Con you please tell me if there is an issue with BT broadband or something my end, look forward to your reply?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you've been expriancing issues with your connection. To get a better understand of how your connection is performing, please could you post your router stats.

Thank you for your reply, but I have already accepted a deal with another ISP provider.
I had a ticket in Email and BT's response was to close the ticket down as solved.
Yes I am going to a different ISP but at least comment and suggest a help page, which may help another customer in the same position.
