I've had some problems with my Broadband dropping out, it's been an issue for sometime, I had a problem last month, with the same thing happening and was solved, until last night ( Friday June 19), when the Broadband started to drop out fairly regularly, I have no crackling on the phone, as happened before. I have phoned BT and they will be sending out an Engineer (the 6th!!) on Tuesday afternoon to have a look. This has been very frustrating, I wonder if anyone can help me out with this problem ? do you know what engineer did to solve the problem a month ago
in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .

I think he just checked the phone connection, and checked the mastersocket.
