My internet was fine all day a few spikes to 500 ping then and there but all of a sudden I’ve dropped to under 1mb per seccond and I can’t even load onto games on my Xbox and my phone line has no signal

Then report the fault to 0800 800150

I can’t their line is shut off now because it’s the weekend plus our phone service is off and it will cost a fortune to call off a mobil

Use 0800800150. It's free from most mobiles. They'll be open tomorrow. It must be a line fault if you have no dial tone, not a broadband one.
