Hi, the BT Cloud App has stopped working, it doesn't appear to be open however, when I try to uninstall I get an error message saying it's open already and can't be uninstalled!
I have now managed to stop the BT Cloud App on my Mac and uninstall it however, when I download and install the new App it still doesn't work. I click on the BT Cloud icon to "open" but the App doesn't appear on the desktop. It is visible in the "Activity Monitor" using CPU resources but, not visible on the desktop?
