After a power outage, my BT Cloud app has stopped sending updates.
I have installed 21.4.10, rebooted & set to run as administrator but still the same message "BT Cloud - Trying to connect to servers" when at the system tray icon. There appears to be no other controls with in the app to move things on. Any help would be much appreciated.

Solved the issue. In addition to reinstalling, I first needed to remove the BT cloud folder from C: - clearly there was something there that was interfering with the backup process.
