BT Cloud storage after upgrade

Hi,

I've seen a few posts like this on the community, so thought I'd give it a try since I'm just going round in circles on the BT web site 😞

I upgraded to Fibre with BT Halo 1 weeks ago and am supposed to have 1000Gb storage but am still only on 200Gb.

Any idea how to get the upgrade activated?
