I have Fibre with BT Halo 1 and when I try to activate BT cloud I get an error code UN2. Any ideas of the problem.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I'm sorry that you're unable to activate BT Cloud.
The UN2 error code is used when the problems doesn't fit any of the other standard error codes. We would need to take a look into this for you. I have sent you a private message.
