BT Cloud will not start

I'm trying to add BT Cloud to a new computer but it keeps telling me it is uploading metadata and to be patient. This is the second computer I have tried it on with the same result so all in all I've waited for about 3 months for it to load the metadata which I would have thought would be already there from my original computer. I'm on Windows 10.

Any suggestions please.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you're having problems setting up BT Cloud on your new Computer. Does the BT Cloud work okay if you access it through the web client btcloud.bt.com ?
