BT Cloud

I recently got a notification that BT Cloud desktop app needed to upgrade and old version needed to uninstall.  The uninstall worked but the new version will not install.  I have a modern laptop with up to date Windows 10.  Any suggestions?

They must surely know about it, pretty bad reflection on BT if they don't
