Received a text (?) message on the above device/landline. Stored as a 'Message' , but unable to delete. Only option appears to be 'Skip'?.

Hi @dkw welcome to the community and thanks for posting, was the text message converted to speech and left as a voicemail on your answerphone? Or is it displaying as a text message on the phone?

@dkw Thanks for clarifying that, is the del button allowing you to delete other messages that are left on the answerphone?

Page 34 on the user manual explains how to delete messages, if that won't work you might need to follow the guidance to reset the phone but that, unfortunately, will also delete all the contacts and any saved settings.
