Hi Neil wounder if you can help I upgraded to halo 3 and received one disc the problem i have one disc is not enough in my property as I live in a 3 floor apartment is there any way I can get any more disc at all to help my signal on top floor and middle floor please thank you chris

Follow the steps on the Broadband trouble-shooter and if you've still got wi-fi issues we'll send you an extra disc. Or call us 0800 800 150 and our help team will help you with this request.

Hi sorry to bother you I do have one other issue with my Internet when I test my hub signal it keeps comeing up with poor signal I have tryed moving my hub in so many different places and still hasn't made no change at all this is with my smart hub 2 aswell plus I've just changed over to halo aswell to improve this issue and problem which is no difference at all thank you chris

I am sorry for the problems you're having with your broadband. Give my colleagues in the helpdesk a shout this morning on 0330 1234 150 and one of the team will be happy to help you out. They'll also arrange an extra disc if needs be.
