Recently signed up for bt fibre and everything was going smoothly until this morning. I've woken up to an flashing purple light, I've checked and no service problems in my area, tried replugging cables and turning the device on/off but no luck.
I've done a hard reset and got the flashing orange light now. I have a very weak connection via my phone but my laptop is unable to connect.
Can anyone please advise?
Do you get a dial tone onn your phone?
