BT ID security question mother's maiden name isn't being recognised

I'm trying to activate my BT ID for the BT Sport app I have got as an add on from EE.

When I click on the link to activate, it asks for a security qesuton, what is my mother's maiden name.

It fals to recognise the answer and when I go to change the question, I don't get the option the change my mother's maiden name.

I'm now having to wait 15 minutes in order to try again but I feel I'll have the same outcome.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Eddiechuong, welcome to the forum, sorry you're having a problem setting up your BTID. Did you manage to get set up ok? 
If you're still unable to get set up you'll need to get in touch with EE and they'll help you get this resolved.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

It has since been sorted, it was an issue with the activation page on the BT site. 

I was told to speak to EE on the webchat, but turns out there was no need.
