Hi my BT network keeps dropping from my mobile so I have to go to setting to reselect it to get it registered on the BT network. I have swapped phones recently and never had to do this with the old phone. Any ideas how to get the BT network properly linked to the phone? It's a Samsung 20+ 5G. Thanks

did you update APN in network settings to BT Mobile

No...how do I do that for BT? Do I need a special APN code or name? Thank you for replying! If I open APN there is a whole list of names....

Thanks....I will try this....it is actually happening to my partner's phone too so may be a wider problem....really grateful for your replies.

One always has to set new phones up. More an updating requirement rather than a problem.
