BT Mobile upgrade BT Sport to cast

Hi Everyone,

I've recently taken out a BT mobile contract that has the BT sport app included. When I took out the contract I was told I could add casting for £5 extra a month which I'm happy to do.... But after searching high and low through the website and numerous phone calls to support I'm yet to find any sign of this.

I'm starting to think I was mislead and this doesn't exist?

Any help appreciated.

Hi @andywhite1984  welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. 

The BT Sport app that comes as part of a BT Mobile deal does not have the facility to cast. Did you take an EE Mobile deal as that does have the facility to upgrade the app to cast for an additional charge?

Hi, no I'm definitely on BT, I've switched from EE especially for this and the 5G. So I'll be quite annoyed if I've been told I can get something that does not exist?
