Hi, when I use the phone app to access call protect I keep getting “sorry cannot get your account details”. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but error continues. Any advice?

Sorry you're having problems with the App. Are you seeing any error codes i.e. IPC?

There are a number of what I suspect are legacy help pages on the BT website that all lead to the same picture with a 404 error code.
