BT Pro box 'ghost' failed recordings

My box has been behaving itself since my last post 🤞

I had a online chat with Rahul the other day. He sent a software update to my box. 

It was basically a factory reset. Which would have been nice to know as it wiped all my recordings, scheduled recordings and log ins to apps.

Box seems to be working since.

57 days until I can end my contract

Ghost "failed to record" seems to have been fixed.
A couple of box frozen and an issue with sports channels but just change channels and then back to the channel I was watching seems to have worked.

What’s changed to fix it then please?

Just keep checking for updates on box and apps.
Remote controls TV and Pro Box. If I press too hard when
changing channels the TV goes off! A gentle tap seems to work most of the time.

Last night 2 BBC1 HD programmes failed to record - no actual recording and failure notice took 12 hours to appear. 

I would prefer a ghost failed and an actual recording rather than no recording!!

My recordings okay for now but losing Subscription Channels at regular intervals. Tried all the solutions, working now but for how long? It would be great if a moderator arranged a new box ..it has to be the box because I can watch Free View HD and I am WiFi connected.

All of the below have double 'failed to record' alongside the successful recording, apart from 'The Chernobyl Disaster' which only has one.

Yes same here, all nine programmes over various channels had one 'ghost' failed to record also. This is on a replacement box which we have had for a month or so and is the first time it has happened on this box.
