BT Pro box number of simultaneous recordings

I thought the Pro box could do three recordings simultaneously, but I managed to do 4 simultaneously the other night.  I thought it might have been a bug when I didn't get a warning when I set them all, but they all appear to have recorded successfully.

Is this an update that's been sneaked in unannounced?

The user guides I  believe  says

You can record up to 4 programmes at the same time. If you record a fourth programme, you can’t then watch a fifth on live TV. You can still watch something in an app or a programme you’ve already recorded"

You will have the normal limits on the number of multicast channels than can be accessed for recording/viewing simultaenously.

I'm able to record 4 freeview channels and 2 Now channels, so 6 in total also I'm able to watch a recording while recording those 6
