BT Pro remote does not control TV

My old bttv set top box controlled my TV. Just installed a BTTV Pro and it will not control the TV. Very clever that your software detects the TV type but not if it does support a TV that your simple set top box does. 

Ideas?

I have the same issue, I am hoping on future software updates, more TV models will be supported.
