BT Smart Hub 2

I had FTTP installed on Monday 13th July (Fibre 250 with Halo 1). 

2 Problems (Faults):

1. The Smart Hub 2 (Ser No: +091300+2011000892) provided by BT will not save any changes to the advanced settings.
2. Upload speeds on Ethernet connection are very slow (c.8Mbps). (on WiFi upload speed is OK (c.50Mbps).

In the meantime, make sure nothing is plugged into LAN port 2 on the hub. Try your speeds again using ports 3 or 4.

I've had two SH2's now and both dropped LAN port 2 down to 10mbit when using more than one 1gbit connections.

I don't think these hubs can handle multiple 1gbit connections!
