For several weeks at night, two minutes after midnight, my BT Smart Hub (6) resets itself. Why?
Anything in your home switch on/off at that time? e.g. water heater, central heating etc.
No, nothing like that - nor in my neighbours house.
I have exactly the same issue as you happening at midnight every night. Another post in here from a month or two ago linked it to a firmware update perhaps. Did you find a fix for this?
No fix found yet. It's frustrating, not because it's a major problem as all my devices automatically reconnect when the wifi returns, but because I cannot find the cause. This BT community is all very well but what is really needed is for someone technical in BT to take charge and say whether this is a known fault or not. If it is a known fault then BT should either fix it or replace the Hub. If it is not a known fault then BT should investigate.
Either way, BT please get a move on.
