I couldn't resist checking before I went to bed ... your TV is declaring that it is capable of everything - Dolby Digital, Atmos, DTS, and DTS-HD.

Haha yeah I thought so as I only recently bought it. Does that mean the error shouldn't be happening or that it's happening because all that is enabled?

The known issue is being triggered as a result of it. It's definitely a fault on our side, but should really only affect those with Atmos sound systems.

No worries will test out some sound settings on Sat morning game otherwise will wait for a fix as not a major issue.

Did you fix the VC019 issue? It's not come up  on adverts during the City v Leeds game so far?

Not yet. It's generally only an issue when the match is in Atmos.

@DarrenDev did they disable access to Ultimate at HT again tonight? I lost access after the VC019 error at HT ad break, had to watch the second half on 1 HD.

No. It's still on. The front screen of the BT Sport app should still be showing Sheffield Utd v Arsenal with the 4K logo, which will launch directly into Ultimate. If you don't see the 4K logo then take a look at the device checker again to confirm it's still active.
