Hi, I keep getting Error Code ID153 when loging into BT Sport - I have a full subscription. It works when I login on Mobile App but not on PS5 App or Firestick TV App. Please could you advise
That error would suggest that our system thinks your account is a mobile-only one. Feel free to send me a DM with the BT ID you're logging in with and I'll check.
