Hi, i am wondering if anyone is able to help? I was previously subscribed to BT sports with just the monthly subscription which i turned off a few months ago. I resubscribed today and all i get is the error ID003 whenever i try to log in. Anyone any advice? Thank you.

How did you resubscribe @M00N11 ? Did you reactivate your subscription in MyBT?
Have you checked the instructions at www.bt.com/help/id003 ?

So i was logged in to my BT and just clicked re subscribe. Payment was taken. Got an email confirming my money had been taken but no mention of BT sport in the email. However following the above instructions, which i checked earlier, it just keeps telling me my account is linked but shows nothing to say i have re subbed. Just keeps giving me the option to pay again.

Spoke to BT this morning. There was an issue with the subsription. Basically the subscription never went through fully so never activated the account but the money was taken. I have been told i will get a refund and to re sub. Thank you for trying to look into this.
