Hello,
Having lots of issues with BT TV including BT sport package I pay for.
Constantly cutting out, loss of sound, black screen, sometimes error message sometimes just cuts out.
2 engineers have been out one for WIFI and one for phone line. Both said no issues at all. But I still cannot watch a programme.
Anyone had similar issues and know how to fix or get help from BT?

I'm sorry for the problems you're having watching BT Sport on your BT TV box. The BT Sport content is delivered over your broadband connection so that's what we will need to look at first and foremost. Can you confirm exactly what the error message is that you're seeing when this happens?
Also, how are you connecting your BT TV box to the Hub? Is it wired directly to the Hub or are you using home plugs/powerline adapters?
