Don’t know if anyone has had the same problem? I recently switched to a different broadband provider after many years with BT. I have now found that I cannot log on to the BT App and cannot access any of my online movie purchases from the BT store. I still have an active account so not sure what’s going on. Can anyone help?

What error message do you get when you try to access your purchases? Have you tried signing into the app on a different device?
