BT TV app extra - going round in circles!

Hi I am having problems signing up for BT TV App Extra. I just want to add it to my fire stick and the web seems to justkeep sending me around the pages. Can anyone help please?

Hi @flossythesheep  welcome to the forum and sorry you are having a problem with the BT TV app and your firestick.

Have a look at BT TV App and also check your manage devices to ensure you have a space available to add another device. Also How to install the BT TV App - Amazon Fire TV may help.
