BT Virus Protect says product is deactivated

If you get this message from BT Virus Protect saying product is deactivated simply change the computer name and reinstall BT Virus Protect.

I found this advice on this community site. Well done.

Somebody needs to tell BT and Mcafee.

Or use another product! Microsoft/Windows Defender spring to mind for Windows based computers. Light and effective and free.

Brilliant. Thanks very much. I have spent hours with BT with no success!! This is so simple and I will tell them tomorrow.
