I have a 3 disc Whole Home pack which has worked well for several years and just bought an add on disc. The firmware is the latest on all 4 discs v1.02.12build02. I can't get the add on disc to work at the final step when I relocate the disc to its final position.
When I use the app the add on disc is recognised and goes solid blue when connected to the hub. It even says the disc is recognised and then advises to unplug and relocate the disc. The app tests the new location is good/excellent. But when I relocate the add on disc and switch it on it goes purple, flashes blue then solid red.
Please advise.
