I have 3 BT WholeHome discs, with firmware v1.02.12.build02
I have recently got a new Macbook Pro (2020) running Cataline (v10.15.7)
When connected to a disc, the Macbook has no internet connection. Other devices are fine.
I have tried the following with no success:
Please can you advise how I can get a refund for the WholeHome.

Hi @jnix, welcome to the forum and sorry you are not happy with the Whole Home Wifi pack.
If your product is within warranty:
Call the helpdesk on:0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm)
Or drop them an email: btconnectedhome@bt.com
