Hi There, was hoping for some help here.
I have had the 3 Disc BT WholeHome Mesh (1st Gen) WiFi for years, all of a sudden one of the discs has dropped the speed down to 1mbs, where as the other discs are running at 85 to 95Mbps.
I have reset the disc and made sure there is nothing else connected to it apart from my phone which I'm testing on.
Can anyone suggest anything, I think I have done everything I can think of from switching it off to resetting it. Also the firmware across all of them is the same and has not been updated for some time.
Any help will be useful.

It would be best to get in touch with the product helpdesk for WHW and you can call them on: 0808 100 6116 (Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm and Sat 9.00am to 2.00pm) Alternatively you can drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com
