BT Wi-Fi disc coming up as Unidentified Network

I have a BT disc which I set up a few months ago with the broadband hub and I have always kept it in my room connected up to my pc with an ethernet port. And it was working perfectly until today, where the internet had some sort of hiccup and went down briefly, for only a few seconds. However when it came back the disc just registered as an Unidentified Network and my pc has gone back to using the Wi-Fi instead of the ethernet connection since it's unidentified. I have done a complete factory reset and did the whole setup and I try again to use the ethernet and it keeps coming up that its an unidentified network

Hi @vickolous welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your wifi disc. Have you tried an alternative ethernet cable?
