<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
Can anyone please advise. When using the BT4600 it normally bleeps when the handset is inserted into the base. Today this bleep has suddenly stopped & we also now have no ring tone for incoming calls. I've tried following the manual: Settings/ sounds etc. to ensure ringer is on & set to max but it's still not made any difference. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you. Ken
Thank you. I don't see any way of removing batteries but I turned off both base units at the mains to see if & that re-boots it. Turned back on after a few minutes. Had to reset time & date. That seems to have solved the problem. Thank you Ken
