Hi all
I ak having issues connecting the hybrid hub to my Smart Hub 3.
The hybrid hub has 1-2 bars (with the occasional drop out - signal here is patchy at times) and is blue in the centre. Whatever signal the hybrid has, the Smart Hub flashes purple.
It was working at the weekend but hasn't worked all week no matter where I put it in the house. I have factory reset both the hub and the hybrid but that hasn't helped.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Hi @richard__e I'm sorry to see you're having problems connecting your Hybrid Hub to the Smart Hub.
If you've followed the Hybrid connect set up process and it's not working, I'd recommend giving the faults team a call on 0800 800 150 they'll get you through to the Hybrid connect team to get that sorted as the service is managed by a specialist team at the moment.
