I'm sorry that you were put on the 40/10 profile when you signed up for Fibre 1. I've arranged to change your broadband profile to 55/10 and this will kick in tomorrow. Everything we chatted about on the phone has been actioned too 😊

Many thanks for the call yesterday. Just confirming that the line resynced last night and looks like the cap of 39999kbps has been lifted.
Just a marginal increase for now but as the line monitoring kicks in and the SNR starts to drop I’m expecting this to increase over the next few days.
