BT pro box remote not working

Hi,

I’ve just received and setup my new BT pro box, but for some reason now the remote only controls the volume and nothing else. So I cant do anything on the box at all.
I’ve turned the box off multiple times, reset the remote (home button and 9) and still no luck.

Hi @Dunne,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. The BT Pro Box and Remote work using Bluetooth. If the remote isn't controlling the BT TV box, it could be something that hasn't gone right during the setup process.

I would try resetting the TV Box to see if that helps. 

How do I reset my BT TV box?
