I watch BT Sport on my IPad through the Sports App being a BT customer for phone and broadband.
Recently I have noticed that when I go to watch something under the heading of Best Of ( one or two instances ) or Catch Up ( all instances) a box comes up with sorry - there’s a problem, then some info and at the end. Visit BT Sport help: bt.com/help/home/sport(VC5467)
Sometimes it will jump out of the App and when I go back in the message will appear.
I tried to resolve the issue by visiting the help link but to no avail.
I have twice deleted the app, shut down the iPad, reloaded the app which is Version 8.6.0. Can anybody help to resolve this issue.
