Yesterday after having BT since Friday the box stopped being recognised by my tv through HDMI connection I have tried resetting and other ways to connect but including changing cables etc but nothing is working. This is really disappointing as moved from sky where I had none of these issues!
anyone have any suggestions?

Have a look at My BT TV Box Has Stopped Working and see if that helps.
If you're still having this issue is the power light showing ok?
Is your broadband connection working ok?
