BT youview box

My youview box is stuck in waking up and youview loading loop.  None of the maintenance modes do anything. I have tried unplugging the box, restarting my Hub but still nothing??  Is there any hope???

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having issues with your BT TV Box. Have you tried a full factory reset?

my box too will not boot up ,tried off/on factory reset and no difference so i phoned and spoke to 2 lovely ladies in Exeter and a new box is coming in a few days . i forgot to ask them if i am getting the same type of box or one of the new ones  . i have a few boxes around the house so i moved one of them so i wont miss anything except  logging in to all the apps AGAIN
