My Answerphone is set up with the pre-recorded Answer & Record outgoing message to enable the caller to leave a message it they want to.
However with some calls it plays the message "Your call cannot be taken at the moment. Thank you for calling" which is not even the same wording shown in the User Guide for Answer Only. Yet when I ring my landline number from my mobile to check the answer played is the correct one.
I have reset the message to the correct one several times but the same thing happens.
@Whitecross welcome to the community and thanks for posting, by any chance have you blocked the number of the caller that gets that message?
