Our baby monitor has stopped working and I’m now getting this message;
I’ve tried the following(
1) deleting and reinstalling the app
2) re-pairing the camera to the BT home hub
3) restarting iphone
4) logging in with a second device
Is the app/server down for maintenance? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It was definitely working this morning…

It would be best to get in touch with the product helpline as they are best placed to help you. You can call on: 0800 100 6554 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.
