Knew I shouldn't have bothered with BT. Should have stuck with my gut.
@21tyrells welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry about the problems with your new Baby monitor. I've seen other reports that a firmware update resolves this problem. If that doesn't help I'd recommend getting in touch.
